About
Dr. Denys Coester has practised medicine for more than twenty-five years. Trained as an anaesthetist and intensive care physician, he now devotes his practice to longevity medicine and prevention, in Paris and by remote consultation.
His path combines hospital medicine with continuous specialisation in the field of ageing: a diploma in anti-ageing medicine (Paris Descartes, 2017), a diploma in anti-ageing and preventive medicine (Paris 12, 2019), a diploma in longevity and ageing (Lille 2, 2025) and a diploma in medical expertise (Sorbonne University, 2026). He is also trained in medical hypnosis (Paris 11, 2009).
His method rests on seven everyday levers: sleep, nutrition, movement, light, stress management, preventive check-ups and supplementation. The goal is not to stack up protocols, but to measure, understand and adjust what genuinely shifts a person’s health trajectory.
He is the author of « Prenez votre longévité en main ! » (Larousse) and « Biohacking : prenez le contrôle de votre biologie » (Eyrolles). His work on longevity and biohacking has been covered by Forbes, Madame Figaro and Le Parisien.
For UltraSanté he brings a clinical perspective on prevention, health optimisation and the markers of ageing.
